Auto-Renewal Disclosure
Your EZ Essentials subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. You will be charged the full monthly price shown at checkout on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard with one click — no phone call required, no survey required. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. You will not be charged after cancellation. To cancel: log in, go to Dashboard, click "Cancel Subscription," and confirm.
Payment Splitting (House Plan)
When you create a House Plan and invite roommates, each roommate is charged separately for their equal share of the box price. Each roommate must enter their own payment information and consent to their own recurring charge — no one can enter another person's card. EZ Essentials does not hold, pool, or transfer funds between roommates. Each subscription is independent; if one roommate cancels, the remaining roommates' shares adjust to cover the full box price, and they will be notified by email before the next charge.
Cancellation Policy

Minors
EZ Essentials is a service for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide subscriptions to individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has subscribed, please contact us immediately at hello@ezessentials.co and we will cancel the subscription and issue a refund. For parents — if your child is under 18, you may sign up on their behalf as the account holder and responsible party for billing and communications.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. However, if your box is damaged, lost, or contains incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ezessentials.co for a replacement or refund. Pre-registration is free and requires no payment.
General Terms
By using EZ Essentials, you accept these terms. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. EZ Essentials is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify EZ Essentials against claims arising from your use of the service.
